Junior's real estate career began with a passion for investing which led to him becoming licensed in 2018. Since becoming a licensed agent, Junior has had the pleasure of assisting hundreds of families buy or sell their homes in the greater Savannah area. Junior served his country a total of 22 years beginning as a rifleman in the Marine Corps Infantry and now serving as a Major in the US Army Reserves. Junior ended his active duty career in 2019 culminating as a Company Commander of over 250 Soldiers. Junior is married to his wife, Taylor, and they have one child named Rhyland. They currently reside in Richmond Hill, GA living their best life as business owners.  It has been a dream of mine to be able to provide a full service atmosphere for all of my real estate clients for years! Growing up with parents as local builders in the community I learned to pay attention to the smaller details in homes while clients could focus on finding the perfect home for them. In 2011 I became an Executive Assistant for a Savannah real estate company that accommodated buyers, sellers, and rental homes where I fell even more in love with the full service atmosphere for the next 3 years! An opportunity crossed my path in 2015 to join another real estate company closer to home that I could not pass up where I became the Property Manager for over 130 homes which I truly enjoyed and grew my passion for property management and client care! While running the company's property management division, I became a licensed Realtor in 2016 and transitioned into a full time buyers agent in 2018, putting property management on hold for just a little bit. I've always known I wanted to take my career to the next level and in 2020 I passed my Broker exam and became an Associate Broker with eXp Realty! What could I possibly want to do next?! Why not take everything I have ever learned from all the amazing people around me but put it into my own business..... So in 2022, I opened my first property management company where I became the Qualifying Broker/Owner. In 2023 I, along with Junior Matthews and Elaine Ceccacci, started Coastal Empire Team brokered by eXp Realty for our sellers and buyers. I was born and raised in Arkansas and moved to Savannah in 2017 with my wife, Sara. I have a background in the aircraft industry and after years of watching my wife navigate the world of Real Estate, I felt led to jump in as well. 

I love the Savannah community and serve as the Treasurer for my neighborhood community group, the Montgomery Athletic Association. I frequent the Forsyth Farmers Market, attend various events around town, and support local businesses and bands. I am also a season ticket holder for our hockey team, the Savannah Ghost Pirates. 

In my free time, I enjoy playing games with friends, hanging out with my dog Zeus, cooking - especially BBQ, weightlifting, hunting, and being outdoors. I also dabble in beginner-level jewelry making and woodworking. 

Although I have not been licensed long, I have been around and involved in the industry for the past six years. I have attended many Realtor events and learned a lot about what Buyers and Sellers need in the Savannah Market. I am eager to continue to learn and grow to better support my clients.
